Stanley County 57-1 Public Schools

January Elementary Staff and Students of the Month were selected.  Students are selected based on the ROAMS categories of respect, ownership, achievement, mindfulness, and safety.  Pictured left to right – Bridger Gruber-5^th, Zacchary Cannillas-3^rd, Cassidy Hines-2^nd, Ivy Murray-1^st, Kaceton Smit-kindergarten, and Mr. Shay VanDenHemel.  Mr. VanDenhemel was selected as the staff person of the month.  Mr. VanDenHemel is fun and positive with the students, and they always look forward to PE class. He is encouraging and gives good advice to students struggling with behavior. He was a great help to Mrs. Barnes during the Christmas concert. Thanks for being an awesome team player Mr. VanDenHemel!
