Congratulations to Pilot Thorpe! Pilot is the first student at Stanley County Elementary to earn 100 Accelerated Reader (AR) points. Students in elementary grades 2-5 can take quizzes and earn points when they read books for pleasure. Prizes are awarded to kids who read and pass the comprehension quizzes. Books read at home, from the public library, or the school library may be used toward earning AR points. Students who read improve their vocabulary, comprehension, and basic knowledge. Reading is a great lifelong recreational activity! We’re proud of Pilot for leading our Buffalo Pack!
