Mrs. Maher’s 4th grade students brought science to life this Halloween season with a series of festive and educational experiments that combined spooky fun with scientific discovery.
Throughout the week, students explored concepts such as chemical reactions, density, and states of matter—all with a Halloween twist.
Mrs. Maher emphasized that the goal was to make science engaging and memorable. “When students are excited and curious, they learn more,” she said. “Halloween gave us the perfect opportunity to spark that curiosity.”
The classroom was filled with laughter, learning, and a little bit of spooky surprise. It was a Halloween to remember—and a great example of how creativity and education go hand in hand.
