April Elementary Students and Staff of the Month were selected. Students are selected based on the ROAMS categories of respect, ownership, achievement, mindfulness, and safety. The students of the month receive water bottles provided by the SC Booster Club.
Mrs. Nicole Barnes, Elementary Music Instructor, was selected as Staff of the Month. Mrs. Barnes is a talented and passionate elementary school music teacher who pours her heart and soul into everything she does. She has built meaningful relationships with her students, offering them a safe space to express themselves through music. For many students, her class is the highlight of their school day. Mrs. Barnes is a cornerstone of the wonderful music culture at Stanley County
