Hayden Roggow

Stanley County High School Senior Hayden Roggow has been honored as one of the top academic achievers in South Dakota’s Class of 2025. Recognized at the prestigious 35th Annual Academic Excellence Recognition luncheon, Hayden was celebrated alongside other exceptional students who rank in the top one percent of their senior class from across the state’s Public, Private, and Tribal/BIE schools.

Hosted by Governor Larry Rhoden and the Associated School Boards of South Dakota (ASBSD) on April 28, the event was a tribute to students who demonstrated outstanding academic performance and dedication. Honorees, including Hayden, received a certificate signed by Gov. Rhoden, Secretary of State Monae Johnson, and ASBSD President Garret Bischoff, a commemorative South Dakota pin, and the opportunity to meet and be photographed with the Governor.

Gov. Rhoden commended the students for their perseverance and hard work, calling them “the best and the brightest” and the “next generation of leaders in our state.” ASBSD President Bischoff echoed this sentiment, emphasizing South Dakota’s need for talented individuals to push the state forward through innovative ideas and solutions.

This remarkable achievement is a testament to Hayden’s dedication to academic excellence, and the Stanley County community couldn’t be prouder. Congratulations, Hayden!
