Stanley County HOSA celebrated a remarkable achievement at the recent State competition, with three seniors advancing to round 2. They competed in various events, showcasing their skills. Students participating included Kaysen Magee (senior), Myla Keefe (freshman), Keira Briggs (senior), Raegan Taylor (senior), and Emerson Forest (freshman).
Keira earned 2nd place in Job Seeking Skills, securing her qualifications for their prestigious International Leadership Conference in Nashville this June. Her performance highlights her readiness to compete on an international stage. Kaysen demonstrated her versatility by placing in the top 5 in both the Job Seeking Skills and Home Health Aide competitions. Raegan Taylor also competed in the Job Seeking Skills event, contributing to Stanley County's strong representation.
Additionally, Myla and Emerson attended the competition to gain valuable experience. The HOSA students had a fun learning experience.
