Food Service Payment Policy

Parents and staff will be billed at the end of each month
for the actual number of breakfasts and lunches served
from the Stanley County School District’s food service program
with payment to be made to the Business Office
within ten (10) days of the billing date.

Any payments, not paid in full,
that are delinquent for more than sixty (60) days
will automatically be filed with a collection agency or Small Claims Court
and parents and staff will be required to pay for future meals in advance.

Written notice will be given to all parents effective July 1, 2005
of the sixty (60) day requirement for delinquent payments.
Notice will also be given on the first day of school henceforth.
